of tributes to Sun Ra sourced from spy music, the debut of a national
anthem, drunken ramblings of wisdom, babies, a Hall & Oates cover
plus other often non-linear thought channels from that raw gutter shit to the apparitional.
Power of the Dollar was made using 10 dollars worth of bargain bin vinyls
off a solitary purchase. The concept
was lifted from Dylan Riebling's DJ on a Dime series which ended in
July of this year and of which Onakabazien was a part of
DJing the same records on its closing night that this tape owes its existence to.
